SHLA is a local professional organization, located in the area of South Cook County Illinois. We host approximately six meetings per year. Our meetings are designed to provide current information in specific areas in order to advance knowledge of the profession as well as to provide theoretical/ practical information concerning client care. Updates are also provided to the membership regarding current issues facing Speech Language Pathologists in Illinois.
